The ultimate Congress experience! The Full Pass grants you complete access to all five days of the 71st World Congress (October 2–7, 2026) and includes accommodation at one of our three hotels in Kranjska Gora, full board meals, and access to all sessions, workshops, and social events. The prices differ based on the accomodation type (single, double, RV, etc)
What's included?
Your Full Pass includes everything you need for the entire duration of the World Congress:
Full Access: Entry to all five days of the World Congress (October 2–7, 2026).
Accommodation: Five nights of lodging at one of the three hotels in Kranjska Gora (Check-in Oct 2, Check-out Oct 7). Prices differ depending on the type of room (single, double, triple, tent/RV)
Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included for the duration of the Congress (Breakfast Oct 3 – Dinner Oct 6).
Program Access: Entry to all plenary sessions, exhibitions, and all scheduled workshops.
Social & Leisure: Participation in all planned social events, activities and night café.
Materials: Conference materials and welcome package.
Room descriptions
Single Room
The private option. Enjoy the comfort and solitude of a dedicated room just for yourself. Perfect for delegates who require quiet time or maximum privacy during the Congress. Early bird registration fee for accommodation a single room is €795.
Double Room
A comfortable room shared with one other delegate (two separate beds). This is a great way to connect and is a more cost-effective option than the single room. Early bird registration fee for a double room per person is €565
Triple Room
The community option. A spacious room shared with two other delegates (three separate beds). This is our most affordable hotel option, ideal for delegates who value community. Early bird registration fee in a triple room per person is €445.
Caravan / Camp
The flexible choice. This option covers full Congress access and all meals but excludes hotel accommodation. Suitable for delegates bringing their own camper van (RV), caravan, or tent. Early bird registration fee per person in caravan accomodation is €295.
Note: Camping/RV space fees are covered by this pass.
Terms of service
A. Dates & Venue
The Full Pass covers attendance and accommodation from check-in on October 2, 2026, to check-out on October 7, 2026, at the designated hotel in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.
B. Room Assignment & Sharing
Single Room: Guarantees a private room.
Double/Triple Rooms: Room assignments are made by the organizers. If you selected a Double or Triple room and did not specify a room-mate in the comments, you agree to be assigned a room with other delegates of the same gender.
Liability: Movendi International is not responsible for disagreements or disputes arising between delegates sharing rooms.
C. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure the pass and accommodation.
Cancellation (6+ Months out): Cancellations made six months or more prior to the event (before April 2, 2026) are eligible for a 90% refund (10% non-refundable administration fee).
Cancellation (3-6 Months out): Cancellations made between three and six months prior (April 3 – July 2, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation (Less than 3 Months): Cancellations made less than three months prior (after July 2, 2026) are non-refundable.
Pass Transfer: Passes are transferrable to another delegate for an administrative fee, provided the transfer is requested at least 30 days prior to the event.
D. Program Changes
Movendi International reserves the right to make changes to the Congress agenda, workshops, or speakers without prior notice. No refunds will be granted for minor program changes.
