Yes. If you book a Double or Triple Room, you can specify the name of the person(s) you wish to share the room with in the "Room Sharing Request" field at checkout. If you are traveling alone and book a shared room without specifying a roommate, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender.

Yes. Full Pass holders receive full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Day Pass holders receive lunch and coffee breaks. Our hotels are excellent at catering to dietary needs (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Allergies); please specify your requirements when booking in the comment.

We have a tiered refund policy to cover venue costs. Cancellations made more than 6 months before the event are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 months prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 months before the event are non-refundable.
