Flexible access to the World Congress. Can’t stay for the whole week? The Day Pass grants you full access to all sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities for the specific day of your choice. Includes lunch and coffee breaks. Accommodation is not included.
What's included?
Your Day Pass includes everything you need to participate fully for one specific day:
- Day Access: Entry to the Congress venue and all program activities from 08:00 to 18:00 on your selected date.
- Meals: Morning coffee, buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee included for the selected day. (Note: Breakfast and Dinner are typically reserved for Full Pass holders/hotel guests).
- Program Access: Entry to all plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and policy debates scheduled for that specific day.
- Networking: Access to common areas and networking lounges.
- Materials: Conference badge and daily program guide.
Please Note: This pass does not include accommodation or dinner.
Terms and conditions
A. Validity & Access
Specific Date Only: The Day Pass is valid strictly for the specific date selected at the time of purchase. It does not grant access to the venue on other days.
Access Hours: Valid from the start of the first session (approx. 08:30) until the end of the afternoon program (approx. 18:00).
No Accommodation: This ticket does not include a room at Hotel Kompas or access to the hotel spa/pool facilities unless a separate day-use fee is paid to the hotel directly.
B. Meals
Includes Lunch and Coffee Breaks only. Breakfast and Dinner are excluded.
C. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
Transfers: You may transfer your Day Pass to another person up to 7 days before the event by contacting the organizer.
D. Program Changes
Movendi International reserves the right to make changes to the daily schedule. If a specific speaker or workshop is cancelled on your selected day, no refund will be issued provided the Congress is still taking place.
